Prices for our Services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors if a Service is incorrectly priced. Payment terms are based on our quoted estimates and specified in our service agreements.

4.3 Quotes and Estimates

Any quotes or estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on visual inspections and information provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues are discovered during service.

5. Service Terms

5.1 Scheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to schedule and complete services at mutually convenient times. You agree to provide our technicians with reasonable access to the areas where services are to be performed.

5.2 Warranties

CoolBreeze HVAC provides a 1-year warranty on repairs and up to 10 years on installations (depending on the system). Specific warranty details are provided in writing at the time of service. Warranty coverage may be void if systems are tampered with by unauthorized personnel or if recommended maintenance is not performed.

5.3 Limitations

Our services are limited to the specific items quoted. Any additional repairs or services requested will be quoted separately. We are not responsible for pre-existing code violations, concealed damage, or issues arising from customer-supplied equipment.

6. Website Use and Content

6.1 License to Use Website

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Site for personal and informational purposes.

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COOLBREEZE HVAC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES OR $500.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoolBreeze HVAC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Dispute Resolution

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. By continuing to use the Site after changes have been posted, you accept and agree to the revised Terms.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement
